Cromwood Housing is a private for-profit social housing provider founded in 2002. They manage a large portfolio of landlords’ properties in London and Greater Manchester that have been placed with local authorities to provide social housing solutions for temporary accommodation, nightly accommodation, bed and breakfast accommodation and private sector leasing arrangements.
Nottingham City Homes reduced the occurrence of mould in their property portfolio by over half with Switchee’s analytics. They have been deploying Switchee to help improve the wellbeing of their residents in properties that are now suffering from age and enjoying the benefits of a more connected housing stock.
Peabody wanted to solve Condensation, Damp and Mould (CD&M), reduce the costs associated with it and improve the lives of the residents who lived there.
